Overview

Challenger Court is a small retirement village located in the heart of Rockingham, consisting of 50 one-bedroom independent living units.

The acquisition from the City of Rockingham is a significant addition for RAAFA and is one that reflects our goal to create vibrant communities, where residents can connect with one another and live the life they choose.

We are excited to have the opportunity to include Challenger Court in our family of RAAFA estates.
